Concealed blinds
The built-in roller shutter box is mounted on the outside of the window under the façade plane, making it an invisible part of the roller shutter. The front of the flush-mounted roller shutter box can be covered with any finishing material (e.g. plaster or clinker), making the roller shutter box blend in with the building façade. Access to the roller shutter box for service or maintenance work is possible without disturbing the privacy of the residents, as the inspection hatch is located on the façade side, outside the building.

Pre-wall systems are mainly intended for use in newly constructed buildings. However, with the necessary modifications to the lintel area, these products can also be installed in existing buildings. As early as the design stage of a building, it is important to plan the use of such solutions and the way in which they are to be installed. This makes it possible to make more effective use of the functional qualities of such systems. Retractable roller shutters provide excellent thermal insulation, as they do not interfere with the structure of the window, door or lintel. This does not affect the energy balance of the building. What is more, these products blend in perfectly with the façade, forming an integral part of it. At the same time, the front of the roller shutter box provides an underlay for any finishing material (e.g. plaster or clinker), so that the box becomes an unnoticeable element of the building's façade. The SP and SP-E systems from GM PLAST have been developed with the primary aim of providing protection against heat loss.
