GM PLAST is a modern joinery factory, using the latest technological solutions in the production process. This factory has recently got a new commercial director - Mateusz Szymanowicz. In order to learn more about Mr Mateusz's plans and aspirations, we asked him a few questions. We invite you to read more.

Katarzyna Rutkowska: Mr Mateusz, you have taken on the role of commercial director at the GM PLAST - What challenges do you face in your new position?

Matthew Szymanowicz: Taking up the position of Commercial Director at GM PLAST This is a great honour for me. It is a responsibility I take seriously and I am excited to start this new journey. I face a number of challenges in my new role, such as developing strong client relationships, expanding our network and developing our business ambitions. It is also my responsibility to make sure that our work meets the highest standards of quality and that we take pride in all aspects of our work.
Another challenge for me is to properly understand the client and their needs. I am young and I learn something new every day. Every day I spend at work gives me a lot of experience, but I actually learn the most when I meet and talk to clients. Everyone needs to be approached individually, everyone has different needs and requirements, so it's important to have the right approach and understanding. It's also important to keep up with the pace of change. The window industry has taught me that it is very dynamic and changes frequently, so you have to learn to keep up with these changes and not get left behind.
Taking on this position is a great opportunity for me to take on more responsibility and further develop my skills. I am confident that I will rise to these challenges and make the GM PLAST will be successful.

How do you intend to contribute to the development of GM PLAST?

Being part of GM PLASTI intend to contribute to the development of the company by helping to increase sales, acquire new customers and build the brand online. I also plan to help with software adaptation, marketing and advertising strategies, employee motivation and organisation. My aim is to ensure competitiveness GM PLAST in the industry by creating innovative solutions for our customers.
Furthermore, as a young professional with fresh ideas, I believe I can bring a lot of value to our company. My main goal is to expand the company's market reach and customer base. To this end, I will analyse current market trends and customer feedback to develop effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. In addition, I will focus on building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as creating effective advertising campaigns to help GM PLAST stand out from the crowd. In addition, I will work closely with other departments to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

What are your personal aspirations and ambitions?

My ambitions at the moment are to develop and grow the company's client base, build relationships with key clients, increase revenues and profits, and create a positive working environment for all employees. I also want to create innovative strategies and plans to expand the company's market presence while maintaining high customer satisfaction. To achieve these goals, I will focus on building a strong team, developing new products and services that are in high demand, and using technology to increase productivity.

How would you describe the current market situation? What are the problems facing joinery manufacturers today?

We have also introduced Aluclip aluminium caps for our PVC windows, which provide a modern aluminium look from the outside, while inside we can enjoy the warmth of PVC. Energy-efficient windows

Wondering how to retain heat energy, in your home or flat which will save you money on your bills? Fitting new windows is one solution that can help you improve your energy comfort, by better retaining heat in your home. You can then achieve significant energy savings... provided you choose your new windows carefully! GM PLAST can help you make the right choice.

Importance of windows in energy comfort - On average, the windows of a house are responsible for 10 to 15% of heat loss. This means that 10 to 15% of heat generated by heating (electric radiators, gas heaters, boiler, wood cooker, etc.) is lost, thus reducing energy comfort. The impact on the quality of windows means that heat loss from the home is significantly reduced. The challenge is the same as for other energy renovation work: improving the insulation of the house to reduce energy consumption, maintaining optimum warmth in the house or flat, while reducing gas or electricity bills.

 

It is worth knowing that
In the ranking of causes of heat loss, windows are ranked 4th, just behind the roof and attic (the first cause of heat loss in a dwelling) and walls and air leaks.
Our PVC windows have very good thermal insulation coefficients, which will allow you to reduce your energy costs by 10 to even 15 %. If you want to increase the thermal insulation coefficients more, we would then recommend the use of specially designed profiles, the so-called Passive House (Kommerling 88 MD) and triple glazing up to as much as 50 mm thick. The higher the level of glazing, the greater the promise of having a window with good thermal and energy insulation properties. If you want maximum energy comfort, it is better to choose a triple-glazed window model with an excellent thermal insulation coefficient
